Scope

This policy applies to all services available under fawx.news, including this website and game servers hosted under this name.

Information I collect

For the purpose of ensuring stability and to make sure I can respond to incidents, I may collect information such as:

• IP addresses and which of our resources are accessed by them
• Associated client information (such as HTTP headers)

Game servers

In addition for our hosted game servers (Xonotic, Resonite) I may collect and process the following:

• Chat logs (including usernames and associated IP addresses)
• User IDs and tokens from 3rd party authentication services
• Any information technically necessary to run the service

Your data may be shared with other users of the same service to the extent necessary to enable multiplayer functionality, such as chat messages, voice data, and player actions.

ID verification for 18+ events

For age-restricted Resonite events, users must verify their age using an identification document. I do not store or process any personal information beyond the date of birth in combination with the provided Resonite user information. Users are instructed to censor all other personal details before submission.

Legal basis

Your data is processed based on a Legitimate Interest in order to ensure the stability and security of services and based on explicit Consent.

Data retention

All information collected by me is stored for no longer than 30 days except in cases where it is necessary to provide service, such as in case of ID verification.

Your rights

Our servers are located in Poland. I do not and will not transfer your information outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).

Regardless of your geographical location, the same rights apply to you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to Access: Request a copy of any personal data I store about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
